Artisan’s Intensive Hand Salve is intensive care for hard-working, frequently washed hands. Ideal for artisans, healthcare employees, and service industry - or anyone with painfully dry hands and cuticles. Along with a host of well-known skin moisturizing and healing ingredients, we've added the lesser known organic virgin karanja oil. Karanja is a cousin to neem oil, and is anti-inflammatory, anti fungal, antibacterial, and full of bioflavonoids with their anti-oxidant and uv-protection powers.

I'm a potter and my hands get dried out from the clay. I get bad splits in my fingers just past the nail folds on each side. I used to apply lotion at night and cover my fingers. It took many nights and the lotion stung the open splits. This hand salve closed up the splits in just hours and felt great. I just packed it into the splits and kept adding more as I wore it off. The sooner you start using it, the faster it clears the splits, of course. I will always have this stuff around from now on. Thanks for a great product!
